The face of gender roles has changed profoundly over the last generations. Many men are struggling to find a balance between commitment to work and commitment to family. Commitment to self and personal growth often gets lost in the shuffle. This weekend offers men a time away for reflection, relaxation and restoration of the spirit.
This workshop is for those who experience anger and find it hard to express in healthy and appropriate ways. Using basic anger management techniques you will learn to handle your anger more effectively.

This workshop is designed to release the pain and rage you carry from the past and act out in the present. Utilizing the techniques of body work, guided imagery and a “ragehold”, your rage can finally be released while being contained in a safe environment.
