He is a Yoga Practitioner, Tai Chi Master, and Board Certified from National Kick Boxing Federation. Board Certified Sport Counselor & Ambassador to Alternative Medicine.

Farid has a passion for motivating and advising people to become their very best. In his travels he has sought out the most challenging physical, Mental and spiritual experiences in order to become a more positive and constructive person in life. He had a vision to create a center where he could integrate the Body, Mind and Spirit with the belief that you cannot heal one without the other. In 1994 along with his wife he created Harmony Heals Inc., fulfilling his vision to bring this care to all clients. He has been acting Executive director and Chief Financial Officer of operations ever since.

On a daily basis he gives people advice on Nutrition, Fitness, and Alternate Medicine. He also provides combat training to local law enforcement and the military throughout the USA, as a Security Specialist for KI International. He holds several consulting positions in Human Resources and Recruitment Management.
