The Harmony resources are geared to heal the whole body: mind, body and spirit. Our body fitness programs teach discipline, respect and self-esteem thought the principles of martial arts and fitness. A regular exercise program can improve your concentration and focus, physical strength and appearance, confidence and self-respect. For teenagers these techniques will help release anger, while learning to channel it in a non-violent way. Farid Tabrizy, a 6th degree blackbelt, provides all instructions. Receive one-on-one training with Mr. Tabrizy, or join as a family. Classes are held evenings and weekends.
