Harmony Heals strives to make the admission and intake process as comfortable and effortless as possible for the client. At Harmony Heals, we acknowledge your courage to seek help, and are always available to answer any questions you may have. Whenever you decide to pick up the phone, you will likely speak to a member of our admissions team right then; if not, you will hear from us within two hours – a commitment we are proud to stand by.
Our admission process begins with meeting a trained and specialized intake coordinator for a free evaluation and assessment. This intake counselor will gather information needed and consult with the clinical director and treatment team to customize your treatment plan.

Harmony Heals accepts most PPO insurance, and we would love to assist you in verifying benefits so you can move forward in your healing process.
Once we get all the data from an intake, we take the information to our clinical team, who then makes recommendations for possible treatments, factoring in what kind of treatment is needed as well as your daily responsibilities. No one is excluded from treatment by their day-to-day schedule—we have morning and evening appointments available. We pair you with the clinician who will fit your needs best and craft an individualized, workable treatment plan.
